Reduced rates are available for booking multiple services as outlined below. There are no substitutions, but events may be booked a la carte as described on my Events page.
Additional charges will apply to bookings on holidays (see notes below),
for a ceremony longer than one hour (such as a full Catholic Mass), or for events taking place outside of
St. Joseph, Elkhart, LaPorte & Marshall Counties in Indiana or Berrien
& Cass Counties in Michigan (see Travel charges). Please contact me for more information and availability.

All dates are held with a 50% non-refundable deposit.
The minimum deposit is $100. After we discuss your event, I will send you a contract to sign and return to me with your deposit.
All contracts must be returned by the date stated at the top of the agreement,
or your hold on the date is forfeited and I will open it to other bookings. Your event is not considered booked until I receive
your signed contract and deposit.
Special rates apply for events on holidays such as Valentine’s Day, Easter, Mother’s Day,
Father's Day, Thanksgiving, Christmas Eve, Christmas Day, New Year’s Eve, New Year's Day, and during the month of December.
There is no charge for travel within St. Joseph, Elkhart, LaPorte &
Marshall Counties in Indiana, or in Berrien & Cass Counties in
Michigan. For travel charges outside these areas, please see my Travel page, or contact me for a quote.
For a small additional charge, period and theme costumes and harp
decorations are available.
I have contacts with many other classically trained musicians in the area. If you book your other musicians (violin, flute, guitar, marimba, trumpet, singers, etc.) directly through me, group rehearsal fees are waived. Please contact for rates and availability.
For outdoor events:
The harp must be kept on a dry and level surface, out of direct sunlight, away from water and strong winds, and at reasonable temperatures and humidity levels. My harps are an expensive and delicate instruments and I must protect
them at all costs.
If, during the course of the performance, it begins to rain (even a slight mist) or snow,
I will
immediately cover my harp and move indoors or to my vehicle no matter
what else is going on. Harps are made of wood, and the slightest moisture
can ruin the finish and permanently damage the instrument. Please
understand why I must protect the substantial investment I have made in my
instruments and other equipment.
All outdoor events require a back-up location. For outdoor events with no back-up indoor location at or near the same site, performance will be exclusively on lever harp.
In the event of inclement weather, I will not be able to perform outside, and alternate arrangements must be made. If weather conditions make it impossible to perform, the full amount of the contract is nevertheless due.
No outdoor bookings are accepted during the months of November, December, January, February, or March.
